Our ranch is located just a few miles north of Red Cloud, Nebraska on the west side of US Highway 281.  Our kids started this business in 1976 with 2 cows from Quirk Land and Cattle to use for 4-H projects.  Since the beginning, we have artificially inseminated, using semen from the top bulls in the breed.  We keep our own replacement heifers and occasionally purchase a cow or two to introduce some new genetics into the herd.  

We currently run about 100 mother cows and sell about 30 yearling bulls per year by private treaty.  We run our cows on the pasture during the spring, summer and fall and use our corn stalks in the winter.

Visitors are always welcome to our ranch and to our house.  We will show you our cattle anytime and we would welcome the opportunity to talk cattle with you!.
